Samuel Lee

A.B., Princeton, 2024

Sam was born in New Haven, CT, but he mostly grew up in the town of Princeton, NJ. He decided to make the long trek from his hometown to attend Princeton, originally coming in as a Classics major. However, he quickly realized the error of his ways and switched over to Chemistry during his sophomore year. At Princeton, Sam is involved in a number of volunteer organizations. His favorite one is Camp Kesem, in which he helps organize a free summer camp for children affected by a parent’s cancer. He is also a peer academic advisor for Forbes College and a Health Professions Advising Office peer advisor. Sam is eager to learn as much as he can in the MacMillan group and explore the intriguing field of photoredox chemistry. In his free time, he likes to take day trips to New York, play the piano, and support his favorite football club, Tottenham Hotspurs.
